Aus Nadeln und jungen Zweigen.

Für uns aus den Alpen ist sie schon immer etwas besonderes, ihr aromatischer Duft, den man noch nach Jahrzehnten in einem Zirmholzimmer wahrnimmt, das weiche, schön gezeichnete Holz wurde für allerlei Küchengeräte und Schnitzereien genuzt, ihre frischen Zapfen sind Ausgangsmaterial für den beliebten Zirmschnaps. Sie entspannt, harmonisiert, bringt Klarheit in die Gedanken und Stuben. Neuere Untersuchungen bestätigen eine positive Wirkung auf das, beruhigend, freier atmen. Ein Stück von ihr im Zimmer aufgestellt soll auch Elektrosmog und Handystrahlung minimieren.

Hydrolat kann in der Kosmetik in Gesichtswaaser, Cremen, Gele eingesetzt werden. Es belebt die Haut, wirkt straffend und beruhigend.
