Dieser Balsam wird nach einem alten Rezept und neuen Erkenntnissen hergestellt. Murmeltierfett wirkt wie Cortison und soll nicht über einen langen Zeitraum intensiv angewendet werden. Arnika und Johanniskraut entspannt, nicht auf  offene Hautstellen, wohl aber auf schlecht vernarbte, beruhigen.
