Wasserdampfdestillation aus Samen, Naturrein

In der chin. Medizin bei Zuständen die durch Kälte und Wind hervorgrufen wurden, eingesetzt. Ingwer hat "feurige" Eigenschaften, deshalb überall dort wo Wärme gewünscht ist, einsetzen. Gehört in die  Reiseapotheke. Er ist schweißtreibend. In Hautsalben, Cremen, Kompressen vor allem als oxidationshemmendes Mittel sowie in Duftmischungen für Seifen und Massageöle.

Nicht zur inneren Anwendung, bei Schwangeren, Babys und Kleinkindern.

Mischt sich gut mit Koriander, Nelke, Cardamom, Patchouli, Rosen,-Sandel-u.Zedernholz, Rose, Vetiver, Weihrauch, Zitrusöle, Zimt.

Allergene: Limonene, Linalool, Citral
